                             ORDINANCE NO.   10081 
                  
                  
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                   PART II, SECTION 24-501, RELATIVE TO
                   SCHEDULE I. THROUGH STREETS DESIGNATED, AND
                   SECTION 24-502, RELATIVE TO SCHEDULE II.
                   SPEED ON THROUGH STREETS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section
       24-501, Schedule I. Through streets designated, as amended, be 
and
       the same is hereby further amended so as to add the following:
            Grubb Road.  From State Route 153 to School Drive.
           
            Lower Mill Road.  From Grubb Road to Middle Valley Road.
           
           
       	    	 SECTION 2.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section
       24-502, Schedule II. Speed on through streets, as amended, be and 

       the same is hereby further amended so as to add the following:
            Grubb Road.  35 miles per hour from State Route 153 to
                 School Drive.
           
            Lower Mill Road.  35 miles per hour from Grubb Road to
                 Middle Valley Road.
           
           
       	    	 SECTION 3.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2)
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
